3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Our services are available to individuals of all ages, subject to the following conditions:
- Participants under 18 must have parent or guardian consent
- All participants must complete health and liability forms
- Participants must meet minimum physical and health requirements
- We reserve the right to refuse service based on safety concerns
4. Safety Requirements and Responsibilities
4.1 Participant Responsibilities
- Follow all safety instructions and facility rules
- Wear appropriate clothing and safety equipment
- Disclose any medical conditions or medications
- Arrive fit and sober for all activities
- Respect horses, staff, and other participants
- Report any injuries or incidents immediately
4.2 Company Responsibilities
- Provide qualified instruction and supervision
- Maintain horses and equipment in good condition
- Ensure facilities meet safety standards
- Provide emergency response procedures
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
5. Assumption of Risk and Liability
5.1 Inherent Risks
Participants acknowledge that horse riding and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Falls from horses or other accidents
- Unpredictable horse behavior
- Equipment failure or malfunction
- Environmental hazards
- Other participants' actions
5.2 Assumption of Risk
By participating in our activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with equestrian activities, whether known or unknown, and whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Law Magic Equestrian's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury or property damage
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control
6. Booking and Payment Terms
6.1 Booking Policy
- Lessons must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
- Group lessons require minimum participant numbers
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment
- Schedule changes are subject to availability
6.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
- Package deals must be paid in full upfront
- Outstanding balances may result in service suspension
6.3 Pricing
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- All prices include GST where applicable
- Special rates may apply for group bookings
- Additional charges may apply for equipment or special services
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1 Cancellation by Participants
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours notice: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
- Medical emergencies may qualify for full refund with documentation
7.2 Cancellation by Company
- Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or reschedule
- Facility issues: Full refund or reschedule
- Instructor illness: Substitute instructor or reschedule
- Safety concerns: Full refund
8. Code of Conduct
All participants must adhere to our code of conduct:
- Treat horses, staff, and other participants with respect
- Follow all safety rules and instructions
- Use appropriate language and behavior
- Respect property and facilities
- Maintain a positive learning environment
- Report concerns to staff immediately
9. Disciplinary Actions
Violations of these terms or inappropriate behavior may result in:
- Verbal warning
- Temporary suspension of services
- Permanent ban from facilities
- Legal action if necessary
- No refund for unused services
10. Insurance Requirements
- All participants are strongly encouraged to maintain personal liability insurance
- Participants are responsible for their own medical expenses
- Law Magic Equestrian maintains public liability insurance
- Insurance coverage details are available upon request
11. Photography and Media
By using our services, you consent to:
- Photography and video recording during activities
- Use of images for marketing and promotional purposes
- Publication on websites and social media
- You may opt out by providing written notice
12. Intellectual Property
- All training materials and methods are proprietary to Law Magic Equestrian
- Participants may not reproduce or distribute our materials
- Our logo, name, and branding are protected trademarks
- Website content is protected by copyright
13. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Labor disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
